Standard Delivery

- International Economy Registered Mail -

This is a usual delivery service provided by Hong Kong Post Office with track service covered.

 

Express Delivery

- SpeedPost -

This is a fully trackable courier service. You will receive up to date tracking on your order and its journey to you.

A signature is required this delivery options. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card and you may need to visit the nearest post offices to get your parcel.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.

All prices listed on our site are in HKD and charged in HKD. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
